Işıl Dinçer graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Civil Engineering in 1998, and completed her master’s degree at Yıldız Technical University in 2001, earning the title of Senior Engineer.

Dinçer, who worked as a Field Engineer between 1997 and 2004, joined TSKB Real Estate Appraisal Inc. in 2004 and started working as an appraiser. In 2006, Dinçer was appointed as the manager of the Special Projects department at TSKB Real Estate Appraisal Inc., and was appointed as the Deputy General Manager in 2008, taking over the position as a principal in 2009.

During her tenure as a manager, Dinçer has made TSKB Real Estate Appraisal a leading company both within TSKB Subsidiaries and in its sector. In addition to appraisal studies for over 3000 active clients from Real Estate and other sectors, Dinçer provides all kinds of consultancy services related to real estate in line with their needs; Sales and Leasing consultancy services, feasibility studies, competition and market research-risk analysis and best use study studies, tender process management, construction progress and control services, GYO establishment and public offering consultancy and valuation studies for project financing.

During her term as General Manager, Dinçer established TSKB Consultancy company, a branch of TSKB Valuation retail services, after the growing structure and profitability, and served as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, and again during the same period, she carried out the establishment of TSKB Real Estate Brokerage Services Company.

After her TSKB experience, Işıl DİNÇER served as the Deputy General Manager responsible for Investments and Sales-Marketing at Rönesans Gayrimenkul Yatırım A.Ş. In this position, Dinçer took part in the management of due diligence processes related to the lands or assets that the company would invest in, the preparation of feasibility studies, the realization of highest&best use analyses and the management of tender processes, as well as all sales and marketing processes related to housing and office projects, the branding of hotel projects and the concept development studies of shopping mall projects.

During his time at Renaissance Real Estate, Dinçer was responsible for all development and sales-marketing processes of the projects detailed below;

Istanbul-Kartal Housing Project (302 Independent Units)
Istanbul-Maltepe Shopping Mall, Mixed Project consisting of Housing, Office (55,000 m2 rentable area shopping mall, 350 Independent unit housing, 40,000 m2 rentable area office)
Izmir-Turan Bazaar, Mixed Project consisting of Housing, Home Office, Hotel (5-star hotel, 10,000 m2 rentable area market, housing and home-office consisting of 550 Independent units)
Izmir Bayraklı, Mixed Project consisting of Shopping Mall, Housing, Home Office and Office (55,000 m2 rentable area shopping mall, housing and home office consisting of 450 Independent units, 20,000 m2 rentable area office)

In addition, all asset management processes of the group were carried out by Işıl DİNÇER.

Işıl Dinçer is currently serving as the founder of ID Consultancy and offers her boutique and quality service approach in the institutions she serves as part of the team, as well as her experiences in complementary and different areas of real estate in the best way.

Dinçer has participated in many trainings and seminars in the fields of personal development, management and real estate development, valuation, legal legislation and finance as a participant, moderator, speaker and educator. She has served as a jury member in competitions organized in the real estate sector, and has many published researches and articles.
Dinçer has served as the President of LIDEBİR Association, a Council Member of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce Real Estate Committee and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Turkish Appraisers. She is married and has 1 child.
