The roundtable meeting titled “The Future of the Bosphorus” organized by the Strategy Platform for Real Estate (GISP) was held with the participation of the members and the ‘GİSP Young’ team.

The meeting titled “New Neslin Real Estate Expectations” organized by Strategy Platform for Real Estate (GİSP) took place in Kanyon JointIdea office with the participation of GİSP members and names from different fields of real estate sector.

The roundtable meeting titled “Real Estate and Technology” organized by the Strategy Platform for Real Estate (GİSP) was realized with the participation of the members and the ‘GİSP Young’ team.

The Strategic Platform for Real Estate (GİSP) has discussed how the real estate sector will be shaped after 2015 and has produced a variety of scenarios in a two-day workshop attended by its members last weekend.

“New Financial Instruments and Its Impacts on Urban Regeneration” was discussed in the regular monthly meeting of GISP members which was hosted by PWC Turkey on Thursday, February 13, 2014. As a subheading in the meeting about “Real Estate Certificates”, the chairman of the board, Gürler Ünlü, explained the details of the Statement of Real Estate Certificates released recently. During the presentation, members of GISP declared their opinions on the clauses of the statement as they focused on the contribution of the Real Estate Certificates to the sector, the advantages of this new method of financing, and the affects when these new financial instruments combined with urban regeneration.

First Round Table Session will be held in September. The topic of this session is the Law of Reciprocity and its effects on the real estate sector. The moderator is PwC Turkey Real Estate Sector Leader Ersun Bayraktaroğlu.
